bitcontrol MPEG-2/4 Decoder 3.0

New version 3.0 of bitcontrol(r) MPEG Decoder 3.0 contains support for a lot
of new standards and technologies now:
- Support for Windows Vista 32 and Vista 64
- DirectX Video Acceleration 1.0 (XP) and 2.0 for Vista 32 and Vista 64 (DXVA 2.0)
- ITU-T H.263 Support
- MPEG-4 (Part 2) Support
- New plug-in architecture
- some plug-ins, e.g. InfoLayer
New features expand significant the possibilities of the decoder. It's one of
the most powerful, robust, high quality decoder worldwide. The new architecture
is the basis for excellent feature expansion in near future. The SDK - software
development kit for public use is on the way.
